Mike
Troop and Steve Adler joined forces as partners in 1993.
Throughout the past thirteen years, they have developed a
loyal following of clients and referral sources. In early
2004, they created TRiAD United, Inc. to best meet the needs
of their growing clientele.
MIKE TROOP
Since starting his career in real estate finance in
1988, Mike has seen lots of changes in the mortgage
industry. “When I became a loan officer, fixed interest
rates were at 12%, and people were ecstatic. It was
inconceivable back then to even think that rates would be
where they are today!” Mike prides himself on his knowledge
of the mortgage industry, and his ability to think outside
of the box to get a deal done. He takes it personally when
he is told that a loan can’t be done for a client, and
treats every loan as if it is being done for a friend,
family member or himself.
Whether you have good or bad credit, you can count on Mike
to look out for your best interest, and find you the very
best deal. You can also be assured of receiving excellent
customer service, and communication. We know that there are
hundreds of lenders out there who would like to do your
loan. We like to think that it is our attention to our
clients' needs that sets us apart. If it doesn’t make sense
to do a loan, Mike will be sure to tell you, because at the
end of the day, our best advertising is still word of mouth!
STEVE ADLER
Steve has been helping Californians with their mortgage
needs since 1993. And, he couldn’t have entered the business
at a worse time. The declining refinance boom of the early
1990’s was followed by nearly a two year period of
difficulty for Southern California’s mortgage industry after
the Northridge Earthquake in 1994. But perseverance paid
off, and during the past twelve years Steve has built a
loyal clientele with lots of repeat business all from
personal referrals, never having advertised for business.
Steve’s philosophy is simple: “There is no magic to the
mortgage business. All lenders have the same programs and
the same rates. The only thing I have to offer is a higher
quality of service.” He makes himself available to clients
24/7 and is quick to tell them: “If you are going to page
me; don’t take a bite of an apple; chances are you will
still be chewing when I return your call.” Happy clients
often ask him, “What can we do for you?” He jokingly
replies, “Just leave me a loan!”
