Shopping For A Home
Once you have determined how much money
you can invest in a down payment and the amount you can
qualify to borrow, you can begin shopping for homes in the
appropriate price range. It is important to choose a
home that not only meets your financial needs, but also
offers the features that are important to you and your
family.
Supplying the information on the
Housing Priorities Form will help us to select the right
homes for you to view. At TRiAD United Properties, we
have a unique way of showing properties. We will
select, based on your priorities, 6 to 10 properties for you
to drive by. You can view the home, visit the
neighborhood, and choose the ones that most interest you.
Then, one of our agents will accompany you on a tour of the
interior of the homes that you find the most appealing.
We repeat this process until you have found the home you
wish to purchase.
Our agents will then help you negotiate the
purchase and represent you throughout the escrow period.
And remember...we will pay you a portion of the sales
commission that we receive from the seller as a thank you
for letting us help you in both the purchase and financing
